1. Overview

Softra is a portrait and photo editing application operated by Airovo Technologies Private Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

We designed Softra with privacy in mind. Portrait processing and photo editing take place directly on your device, and you do not need to create an account to use the app.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Softra mobile application and the Softra website.

2. Your photos stay on your device

Softra processes photos and performs portrait analysis and beautification locally on your device using your device's own hardware.

Photos that you select or capture for editing are not uploaded to Softra or Airovo Technologies Private Limited servers for processing.

This includes the analysis required for portrait enhancement, beauty presets, adjustments, and other photo editing features provided by the app.

3. Information we collect

Softra does not require you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, advertising identifier, or photos through the app.

We currently do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs that track your activity across apps or websites.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

4. Local storage and data retention

Photos and edits stored in the Softra Library are stored locally in the app's private storage on your device.

Softra does not maintain server-side copies of the photos you edit. Locally stored photos and edits remain on your device until you delete them from Softra or remove the app, subject to your device's operating-system and backup behavior.

5. Device permissions

Softra may request access to certain device features when necessary to provide its core functionality.

• Camera — used when you choose to take a photo within the app.
• Photos / Media Library — used to let you select photos for editing and save finished images to your device.

These permissions are used only to provide the features you request. You can revoke them at any time through your device settings.

6. Sharing your photos

Softra allows you to share finished photos using the sharing features provided by your device.

We do not automatically share your photos with anyone. Sharing occurs only when you choose to share an image and select a destination.

When you share a photo with another application or service, that service may process the photo according to its own privacy policy and terms.

7. Our website

The Softra website is a static informational website. We do not require an account to browse the website and do not use advertising trackers or analytics services to track visitors.

The infrastructure used to deliver the website may process basic technical information, such as IP addresses and request information, as part of normal hosting, security, and network operations.

If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address and the contents of your message, so that we can respond to your request.

8. Children's privacy

Softra is a general-audience photo editing application and is not specifically directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.

9. Security

Softra is designed to minimize the amount of information that needs to leave your device. By processing photos locally, we avoid transmitting your portraits to our servers for beautification or editing.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any device backups or cloud photo services you choose to use.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when Softra changes or when necessary to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational requirements.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
